INDIANAPOLIS - The IUPUI Athletics Department and Head Women's Cross Country and Track Coach Antonio McDaniel announced the addition of Haley Welch (Indianapolis, Ind./Franklin Central) to the incoming recruiting class, set to attend IUPUI in the fall. Welch brings the crop of newcomers to 13 for next season.
