INDIANAPOLIS The IUPUI Athletics Department and Head Men's Cross Country/Track Coach Chuck Koeppen announced the signing of Isaiah White (Indianapolis, Ind./Perry Meridian) to a National Letter of Intent to join the Jaguars, beginning this fall. White becomes IUPUI's fourth in-state signee for next season.
